Scientists are closely studying the behavioral pattern of COVID-19. Coronavirus primarily spreads through airborne droplets from cough and sneeze, but it turns out there is "emerging evidence" that COVID-19 can be airborne especially indoor spaces.

According to the WHO
in these events, short-range aerosol transmission, particularly in specific indoor locations, such as crowded and inadequately ventilated spaces over a prolonged period of time with infected persons cannot be ruled out
An open letter from international scientists to WHO calls to revise the recommendations as there is  evidence that tiny airborne particles can infect people especially in poorly ventilated and crowded indoor spaces

However, it's important to know that any type of face coverings blocks the vast majority of viruses from the transmission. so, continue to take your precautions from COVID-19 such as masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and stay safe.
